Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached (if applicable). To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
– Contact our customer service team at info@pandacartz.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
– Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
– Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
– Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Non-Returnable Items
